Horror Comedy Stree 2 Closes in on ₹600 Crore Mark
Stree 2, starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, has surpassed Animal to become the second-highest-earning Hindi film in India, amassing ₹583.35 crore. Directed by Amar Kaushik, this horror-comedy sequel to 2018’s Stree continues to perform well, with predictions of breaking the ₹600 crore milestone soon. Despite Animal’s strong run, Stree 2 is now second only to Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which remains the top-grossing Hindi film.
