Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan have both donated ₹1 crore to help with flood relief in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Mahesh Babu gave ₹50 lakh to each state, while Pawan Kalyan, the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, donated ₹1 crore to the CM Relief Fund. Pawan Kalyan explained that why he stayed away from the relief areas. He said his presence might attract crowds and make rescue work harder, so he decided to support from a distance.
