Casa Bonita, the iconic Colorado restaurant famously featured in South Park, will begin accepting public reservations on September 16, after months of limited access. Reopened in 2023 by creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the restaurant has undergone significant renovations, including an upgraded menu by chef Dana Rodriguez. Starting October 1, guests can expect new enhancements while enjoying Casa Bonita’s classic entertainment like cliff divers and mariachi bands. Reservations can be made via the restaurant’s website.
