Northern Arc Capital made a stellar debut on September 24, 2024, listing at ₹350 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), marking a 33% premium over the issue price of ₹263. The IPO, which closed on September 19, was oversubscribed 117.19 times. Retail investors had the opportunity to apply for a minimum of 57 shares at a price band of ₹249–₹263 per share. The total IPO size was ₹777 crore, with ₹500 crore raised through fresh issuance.
